The short agreement between you and Onda

What Onda is, what it deliberately is not, how the subscription works, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs Onda. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

How we handle your data is a separate document, and the one that matters most.

Read the Onda privacy policy

What Onda is, and what it is not

Onda turns where you are in your cycle into a daily suggestion for movement and food, with a short explanation of the reasoning. It is educational lifestyle content.

Onda is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. It is not contraception, it is not a fertility or conception tool, and it is not a substitute for advice from a clinician. It is not a cycle tracker — it is meant to sit alongside one. The phase it shows you is a prediction calculated from the date you enter, not a measurement of your body, and it can be wrong. If something about your cycle concerns you, speak to a doctor rather than to an app.

You are responsible for deciding whether any suggestion is right for you. Do not start a new form of exercise, or change how you eat, in a way that ignores your own circumstances or a clinician's advice.

Who can use Onda

You must be at least 16 years old. That is our condition, set because your consent is what makes our use of cycle data lawful, and 16 is the age at which someone can give that consent alone in Poland and much of the EU. If you are younger, do not use Onda.

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell it, copy its content, take it apart to extract the content banks, or use it to build a competing product.

Onda Pro

Some of Onda is free and some sits behind Onda Pro, a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Everything about buying, renewing, refunding and cancelling is handled by Apple, not by us.

  • A free trial period is offered on both plans. If you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
  • Payment is taken by your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. We can change prices for future periods, and Apple will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
  • Refunds are Apple's to give, under their terms — we cannot issue them.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard licence agreement for apps, which applies alongside these terms.

Your data, and deleting it

Your cycle data lives on your phone. You can erase everything from inside the app at any time, in Profile, and if you have an account that deletes it from our server too. There is no waiting period and no undo. The privacy policy sets out the few things that do leave your device and why.

Availability, changes and ending this

We try to keep Onda working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change features, add them, or stop offering them. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, you can cancel and Apple's refund rules apply.

You can stop using Onda whenever you like by deleting it. We may end your access if you use the app in a way these terms forbid.

Our responsibility, and its limits

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this document.

Beyond that: Onda is educational content, and we are not liable for decisions you make about training, food, contraception, conception or health after reading it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Disputes

If something is wrong, write to onda@helloonda.com first. Most things are quicker to fix that way than through any formal process, and we would rather fix them.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

If you are in the United States: you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and that neither of us will bring or join a class, collective or representative action. You may opt out of this by emailing onda@helloonda.com within 30 days of first using the app, and opting out costs you nothing else. This paragraph does not apply where the law of your country makes it unenforceable, which includes consumers in the EU, EEA and UK.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will update this page and change the date below. If a change matters to you — anything about the subscription, your rights, or how disputes are handled — we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Last updated: September 2026.
